Landlord Tenant Conference...

Shankman & Associates is holding a Landlord Tenant Conference on June 17th, 9AM-4PM at The Ramada Inn in Lewiston, Maine. If you are a Landlord or Property Manager, this seminar is not to be missed. Our main topics will be, Planning Ahead to Avoid Problems, Lease Agreements & House Rules, Evictions, State and Federal Statutory Requirements, Impact of Bankruptcy on Evictions & Collections and Civil Rights/Discrimination Issues. Click here for more information and Registration form. Space is limited.

THE SEMINAR

Landlord-Tenant law continues to challenge property managers with its comprehensive, contradictory and ambiguous statutes, complicated by tenants who do not feel they are required to abide by the law and judges who are too quick to give the benefit of the doubt to someone who does not deserve it. Learn how you can protect yourself in the future. We will talk about leases, tenants and your rights. We will be taking questions during the seminar and will be available for consultations during breaks and at lunch. Don’t miss out. Sign up today. Space is limited.
